Being off the patio at IOP is helping my mental health improve

I've decided to stay at IOP for the time being as long as I stay off the patio and away from Olga. She gave me a hug today but I think it was because she hadn't seen me in several days. I don't have the heart to tell her why I haven't been on the patio. In case I'm not clear, the lunch workers have been mistreating the clients including me. They keep jiggering the lunch times. As a result sometimes we miss the meal.

Being away from a toxic environment does make a difference. I'm still benefiting from the program. And I'm benefiting from being able to focus only on myself and not on limerent interest.
