Instead of saying to others "Don't _____....." Or commanding or telling others to do something, say, "I would like you to....." Or "Would you mind....?"

I hope so too. I'm going strictly by the way she behaved at the IOP today. I'm still blown away by that the way she hugged me and squealed for joy...
