It seems impossible to find treatment and oftentimes treatment leaves large gaps especially in a broken mental health system.
My friend told me today that anytime we have to be in it we have to treat it like a fragile object. Until it can be glued together or taken apart and built back up, we have to be aware of the broken glass. A broken mental health system can cut you and it has many pieces missing.
This forum board is a blessing. Has much insight.

Peer help is also very weak in many areas because peers still attack one another.
"Hate the problem not the person".
