emotions and thoughts processing exercise: think about context!

consider the context when someone is saying something to you.

when I am confronted with a perceived verbal attack, or a real one, when my brain is hijacked, (and that's usually what happens when we are under attack), it's easy for me to miss the context especially when the attack is only perceived and not real.
