Re: YouTube Video: Self Esteem Was LOWER After Self-Esteem Group

I did a review on this post just now and reflected on how I felt guilt tripped and shamebaited by the therapist last year about taking up the group's time trying to come up with an answer to her question about why I believed persistence was a positive trait. we were discussing how self-esteem can be affected by positive traits in ourselves. first of all it was hard for me to even come up with a trait because of my self-esteem problems! and then when she asked me why I believe that was a positive trait, I was thrown off guard and off balance and when that happened there was this long silence and there was this long blank I was drawing and she started telling me that I was taking up the group's time. then my self-esteem got worse and I ended up leaving the room.
