I had a really bad time a week or so ago on this forum. And I posted some really rough stuff about not being able to get free therapy.
That's been a problem for decades for me and it's been my nemesis. In my humble opinion although I have deep respect for the field of psychology, I feel that they do way too much in the way of making money. I understand they have to defend their right to pay their own rent and support their own finances, but I fear that clients and mental health consumers still get the short end of the stick quite often especially when they cannot find a provider in their Network even though they do have government insurance or even private insurance.
We really are not getting enough mental health care in America. People are still slipping between the cracks and that affects my mental health too. In my life purpose module, the short version of that is the word correct. And I intend to correct my own problems inside me and to the best of my ability do my part and correcting this very big grievance in our country!
I humbly confess that I do have my own days. The reason I even formulated this mental wellness process is so that I can still enjoy mental wellness even though the resources available to me are so limited and ever so limited and maybe forever limited if we don't do something about it. We can do our own part in it.
Please do not be frightened away because I come on here sometimes having a bad time.
This mental wellness process used to be my baby and now it's my mother. I invite you to join my family my newly found family of mental wellness.
