Hey I'm so sorry you experienced that. I was logging off. Usually what I do is I start a chat thread when I'm online for maybe an hour to 3 hours. When my hour was up I closed the thread. I will be starting a new thread. Usually the one on top that's pinned and if you see that I'm online and it's not closed, that's the one you can reply to and of course you can start a new thread and I'm glad you did..
