Intensive outpatient is always very rushed. Good luck on even finding one lousy minute to ask someone a question. That was my experience anyway.

Well tomorrow it'll be February the alleged month of love and I just had my heart broken again by the same person that I had a crush on since November. My counselor tried to help me get connected with her as a friend and she's not even interested in doing that and I have to deal with that which is okay with me. Well it'll be okay with me maybe next week right now I'm getting over her. Well she stopped coming to IOP and I think it's my fault.
