How to help people feel heard on a forum board

When you're on an online group do you ever get stuck wondering how to give support to people or you're not sure you have the right words?
If you don't know what to say to people maybe try giving them a heart. Believe it or not a white heart can guarantee the purest love. ๐Ÿค A blue heart is good too. ๐Ÿ’™ . If you really feeling it a red heart or a purple heart can be good I often give purple hearts because I feel very passionate about what I do in peer counseling. ๐Ÿ’œโค๏ธ
So showing support can be very simple and very easy if you don't have a degree in therapy or if you don't have a nerdy vocabulary in counseling or psychology. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜†
