    Found a new clinic

    I'm still waiting for my prescriptions. Ever since they messed up with my Medicaid 2 years ago I've always worried about insurance snags.

    I have a mental health phone appointment for mental health screening in a couple of days. After what happened with the health insurance, I feel a sense of dread. I have to keep reminding myself that this is a different organization. I might have another experience that's more favorable. The PTSD is really acting up though.

    update:

    I met my new providers over the past couple months. I have to switch psychiatrists though because we have a personality conflict. she kind of acts like a bully. we're trying some new medication but I'm very sensitive to the side effects and she's not very sympathetic.

    I like my therapist we had three sessions already. she's lgbtq and very supportive about what happened with the woman at the day treatment program last year. I'm still pretty badly shaken from it and I appreciate her support.

    I like my medical doctor too she says I'm dealing with some medical issues that could be reversible if I take care of myself.

    overall I'm pretty good.
