Check in

I realized that when I left the iop, I wanted to revert back to my other schedule that I had been following before.

I seem to be more productive at night than during the day. I just like nights better.

Between my noisy neighbors upstairs keeping me awake all night and just my nature of not wanting to go to bed early, I don't really fully wake up until after the noon hour.

I also don't like bright sunlight all the time and this works out for me in the summer because I don't like heat. In the winter time I feel like hibernating indoors and as I do my mesh sessions at home, this suits me just fine as well. There's a kitchen window where I can sit in the Sun after 1:00 p.m. for 30 minutes so I can get my required sunlight that every human being needs to stay healthy.

DISCLAIMER: I am not a mental health provider. My interest in mental health is personal. *MARCH : Early spring. Prepare for your awakening. πŸ’šπŸ™β›²πŸ€“πŸ’¦πŸŒŸπŸŒΌπŸ€πŸŒΊ
