The five modules in 5 seconds

Life purpose: no matter what I will always have my life purpose whatever that may be.
Behavioral awareness: I can control my behavior and I want to.
Life experiences: I validate how I am feeling right now and I validate my experience. I'm here with myself no matter what. "This sucks...!"
Emotions and thoughts processing: this will pass. I'm going to be okay.
Mind and body: the mind and body are interconnected and if I continue to stay upset longer than I need to be, or if I shut myself down, I will have physical symptoms and I want to be well physically and mentally.
