Consequently I wake up very tired in the morning or I oversleep or sleep through my alarm and I'm known to get up anytime between 11:00 and 1:00 p.m. when that happens. My response to this is I have an attitude of acceptance and a goal of stabilizing my circadian so that I can go back to getting up at 9:00 a.m. . It's easier said than done![/quote]
