I'm having some trouble remembering or figuring out what she meant by that. But the tactic was to make the person look bad so that nobody would want to have anything to do with them. So I was in this group and I was getting support from them and then suddenly I was getting ghosted and then I looked at some other entries that I had made and noticed someone had replied unfavorably to them. I started suspecting no one else wanted to deal with me because of those comments these people made. They really scared me so I ran off. Now I have no more support group. I'm not going to cause any drama over there I'm just going to leave. It's a really powerful tactic. That's why in some places I've been to they have rules where you can't confront somebody in public in front of the whole group of people. If you have something to say to them take them aside and talk to them in private for goodness sake don't share it in front of the whole group and make everybody not want to be around you.
