    therapist has a habit of running late. I didn't mind before because she always made up the time but she made me wait a long time for her in the waiting room and it got really crowded and I got agitated and had to walk out.
    I can't depend on therapist too much these days even if I have one.
    I'm going to see if my new provider comes through in a couple of weeks. they pushed back that appointment.
